Better people build better futures.

Develop the skills, relationships, discipline, and leadership to build something that lasts.

What is Co-Op Leadership

Success is built from the inside out.

Co-Op Leadership is a people-development organization. We help entrepreneurs and emerging leaders build the skills, mindset, relationships, and systems that create more freedom and opportunity in their lives.

Lasting results come from becoming someone capable of creating, leading, and sustaining them. That is the work we do together.

Four pillars

How people grow here.

Each pillar is a different side of the same work: becoming someone who can build, lead, and last.

Mentorship

Learn from people who have walked the road before you, and get the guidance that turns information into implementation.

Community

Our philosophy

We don't just build businesses. We build people.

Most people start with the result they want: more income, a business, a promotion, more freedom. Those results are real, and they're downstream. Strong businesses come from strong people.

So we start with the person. Ownership of your finances, decisions, habits, relationships, and future comes first. The rest is built on top of it.

  1. FIRSTPeopleCharacter, habits, and the willingness to learn.
  2. THENCompetenceSkills you can use, practised until they're reliable.
  3. THENLeadershipTaking responsibility for outcomes and for other people.
  4. THENResultsProduced consistently, because the foundation holds.
The Co-Op environment

More than meetings. Everything you need to keep growing.

Mentorship happens in person. Our own tools support it between meetings, so what you learn one week gets practised the next.

How development happens

Less content. More reps.

Information is easy to find. Implementation, accountability, and honest feedback are not. Development here runs as a cycle you repeat, with a mentor beside you.

  1. STEP 1

    Learn

A principle or skill from a mentor, a training, or a meeting.

  2. STEP 2

    Apply

Use it this week, in your business and your life.

  3. STEP 3

    Get feedback

Talk through what happened with someone further along.

  4. STEP 4

    Improve

Adjust, try again, and build real competence.

  5. STEP 5

    Lead

Help the next person do the same.

Culture

The standard matters.

These are the traits we work to develop, and the ones we expect from the people who lead here. We don't need everyone. We're looking for people who want to grow.

Weekly meetings, trainings, conferences, trips, and long conversations over dinner. Our technology supports these relationships. It doesn't replace them.

Our story

Why Co-Op Leadership exists.

Ross and Emily Cooper founded Co-Op Leadership in 2015 with a simple conviction: people grow faster when they don't grow alone.

Since then it has grown into a community of entrepreneurs and emerging leaders who build alongside one another, in meetings, trainings, events, and long conversations over dinner.
